These are your key tasks:
Monitoring and reporting of the operations pertaining to the FIFA Agent Platform
Designing and managing the internal processes necessary for the agent licensing procedures administered by FIFA
Leading the remote delivery of the football agent web exam across all FIFA member associations
Continuously training and educating staff of FIFA member associations on the use of the FIFA Agent Platform and using their feedback to improve the exam delivery
Managing licensing applications through the FIFA Agent Platform (e.g. processing applications, responding to external inquiries, carrying out communications)
Leading legal and IT projects related to the activity of football and match agents
Investigating compliance with the FIFA regulations and reporting findings to the relevant departments
Drafting circulars and legal and IT correspondence for FIFA member associations and external parties
Collaborating with the Secretary to the Agents Chamber on the handling of legal disputes between member associations, clubs, players, coaches and agents within the FIFA dispute resolution system
