About the Role

Acting as secretary to the Agents Chamber by handling legal disputes between member associations, clubs, players, coaches and agents within the FIFA Agents Chamber
Giving written and/or oral advice on the FIFA Football Agent Regulations to players, clubs, member associations, agents, legal advisors, etc
Supporting the Litigation Department when needed within the scope of appeals lodged against FIFA’s decisions before CAS
Managing licensing applications through the FIFA Agent Platform (e.g. processing applications, responding to external inquiries, carrying out communications)
Investigating compliance with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations and reporting findings to the relevant departments
Providing comments and feedback to legal documents and general matters related to FIFA Football Agent Regulations, including draft Regulations, commentaries, explanatory notes, memos and similar
Researching and analyzing the decisions on agent contractual disputes/licence applications of FIFA General Secretariat, the FIFA Football tribunal and CAS, setting up a database of relevant jurisprudence
Preparing all necessary documents (e.g. minutes, presentations, collecting data) regarding the Football Agent Working Group biannual meeting
Drafting circulars and legal and IT correspondence for FIFA member associations and external parties
Mentoring other team members, advising on substantive legal matters, as well as efficient ways to allocate time and resources
Providing support to the Head of Department, supporting the definition and execution of the strategy of the Department
